point: the kit changes nothing about admission. What arm 2 adds is the axis a
verdict cannot carry: which checks actually ran (absent is never
false), a temporal drift signal over the verdict stream, and a selection
certificate a third party can re-derive. Every number above comes from a real
HTTP call to a real gate; nothing here is simulated.
